Logistics Site Coordinator with German

The Logistics Specialist will support the Regional Logistics Manager by managing daily operations, ensuring process efficiency, accurate data management and timely problem resolution.  

This role acts like the key interface between 3rd party provider (warehouse) and VPG internal customer. 

Main Roles and Responsibilities: 

• Lead the daily operation and work with the 3rd party provider (warehouse) 
• Act as the first level support for inquiries from carriers, customs, and internal teams 
• Proactively track shipments, communicate updates, and handle special shipment requests 
• Act as compliance support (Customs, Sox, etc.) 
• Point of contact for regional Logistics software support (QAD/TMS, etc.) 
• Manage RMA:  part of Global Reverse Logistics 
• Capture and maintain accurate Logistics data to support current and future operational needs 
• Backup for the Regional Logistics Manager during vacations, illness, or other absences 

• Improved service levels through reduced delays (SLA) 
• faster resolution of logistics issues 
• Ensuring stable and scalable operations 
• Improved process, driving consistency and efficiency 
• BCP during regional managers’ absence  
• Strong command of German & English (written and spoken)
