RAILPOOL is one of the leading rail vehicle rental companies with comprehensive expertise in the area of full service from a single source. The company was founded in Munich in 2008 and is now active in 17 European countries. With a fleet of around 400 electric locomotives and 148 passenger vehicles, RAILPOOL is one of the largest providers in Europe.

We, RAILPOOL Lokservice GmbH & Co. KG, are part of the RAILPOOL Group and are responsible for carrying out maintenance work on Railpool locomotives and third-party vehicles. As the only independent workshop in Hamburg, we offer a comprehensive technical service for railway vehicles at the following locations, which mainly includes maintenance, inspections and overhauls of modern electric locomotives:

Als Logistik- und Lagerspezialist in unserem Team spielst Du eine zentrale Rolle bei der reibungslosen Abwicklung unserer logistischen Prozesse. Deine Aufgaben umfassen:

• Lagerverwaltung und Bestandsmanagement: In Deinem Aufgabenbereich liegt die Verantwortung für die Verwaltung von ein- und ausgehenden Waren. Dazu gehören die Durchführung von Eingangskontrollen, die Optimierung der Lagerprozesse, sowie die Bestellung, Bereitstellung und Verwaltung von Materialien und Dienstleistungen mithilfe des ERP-Systems.

• Kommissionierung und Materialbereitstellung: Mit Deinem Fachwissen bist Du für die Kommissionierung von Instandhaltungsaufträgen, die Zusammenstellung von Materialien für Projekte sowie die gewissenhafte Kontrolle und Bereitstellung der benötigten Ressourcen verantwortlich.

• Inventur und Dokumentation: Die sorgfältige Durchführung von Inventuren, die Erstellung von Inventarlisten sowie die Pflege und Aktualisierung von Inventarverzeichnissen gehören zu Deinen Aufgaben.

• Warentransport und Logistik: Du kümmerst dich um das Entladen von Anlieferungen, die Vorbereitung von Warentransporten sowie die Organisation und Koordination des Warenversands.

WAS DU MITBRINGST

• Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.

• Du bist motiviert, Dich fachspezifisch weiterzubilden.

• Dich zeichnen eine zuverlässige, verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise und Spaß an der Arbeit im Team aus.

• Du hast einen Staplerschein? Das wäre großartig, aber es ist kein Muss! 

• Du hast keine Schwierigkeiten damit, Dich sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich auf Deutsch verständigen zu können mindestens auf Sprachniveau B2.
