We’re hiring a Store Manager for maternity cover to lead our exceptional retail team in our flagship location on a 4-day working week. The ideal candidate is commercially driven, people-focused, and experienced in managing high-performing teams in luxury retail or hospitality environments. You will be responsible for team leadership, store operations, and delivering an exceptional customer experience aligned with the Chupi brand values.
Maintain and exceed customer service standards across every touchpoint.
Implement clienteling strategies to build long-term customer relationships.
Drive commercial results through effective planning, team management and customer service excellence.
Monitor individual and team KPIs, and provide regular performance feedback and coaching.
Ensure that the store presentation and customer experience align with Chupi’s premium positioning.
Act as the escalation point for customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.
Share insights on store performance, customer behaviour, customer product feedback and purchasing trends with the wider leadership team.
Drive an encouraging, kind and motivated culture that reflects Chupi’s values.
Lead, coach, and manage the store team to deliver consistently high standards
Celebrate team and individual successes, fostering a performance focused team.
Manage salary and commission reporting
Support onboarding, training, and development plans for new and existing team members.
Manage team rotas, appointment management and daily store operations efficiently.
Oversee daily store functions including cash handling, stock management, opening/closing, and
Working with the creative teams on visual merchandising and in store imagery for seasonal campaigns and events,
Liaise with logistics, inventory, and digital teams to ensure smooth stock flow and inventory accuracy, and ensuring stock levels are optimised for sales opportunities
Maintain compliance with Chupi’s operating processes, procedures, policies, and security protocols.
Working with operations and management team organising and managing our external pop up events.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Store Manager or Senior Sales role in luxury retail or 5-star hospitality.
Proven track record in team leadership, coaching, and achieving sales targets.
Commercially aware, with a strong focus on customer experience and operational efficiency.
Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working with systems like Shopify, Hubspot, Gorgias, and inventory platforms such as Cin7.
Flexible and available to work weekends and on a shift-based schedule.
