Arbeitsbeschreibung - Manager Investments, EU (m/f/d)

This position will serve as a senior position in the strategic investment team to contribute to the company’s strategic investment projects in the European Union.
The successful incumbent will be responsible for leading the entire investment cycle from deal sourcing, due diligence, and deal execution to post-investment portfolio management in the European Union. Handle industry research and sourcing of investment targets in the EU from our company’s strategic perspective.

Work hand-in-hand with the Strategic Development, Investment, and Financing Team and lead the entire investment project process including but not limited to business negotiation, due diligence, transaction execution, and post-investment portfolio management
Proactively contribute to connection development between the company and external parties in terms of investment activities
Perform any other duties as assigned by management

With over 5 years of working experience from active Funds/VC, or top consultancy in EU manufacturing/automation-related industries
Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer vision, Image processing, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Control, Automation, Mechanical Engineering or related majors
Strong Communication Skills - verbal and written – in English and German
High working efficiency, responsible and cooperative spirit, able to accept a fast-paced working environment
