Manager Strategic Projects (m/f/d)

Location: Stolberg (Greater Area Aachen)

Your responsibilities:

• Strategic Execution: You lead high-impact projects across the Prym Consumer division, from initial concept through to successful implementation.


• Thought Partnership: You act as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders, challenging the status quo and providing structured, actionable recommendations.


• Strategy Process: You support our annual strategy cycle, including the preparation and facilitation of high-level workshops and follow-ups.


• Insights & Analysis: You analyze market trends, competitor dynamics, and internal KPIs to identify the business drivers of the future.


• M&A & Growth: You support M&A activities and other strategic initiatives, including target evaluation and post-merger integration.


• Executive Communication: You prepare high-quality decision documents and presentations for the Management Board, ensuring alignment across all levels of the organization.

Your profile:

• Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or a similar high-performance environment.


• Education: Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.


• Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical capabilities combined with a structured, results-oriented approach to problem-solving.


• Impact & Drive: Proven ability to manage complex projects and drive topics independently with a high level of ownership.


• Communication: Excellent presentation skills and the ability to engage confidently with international stakeholders.


• Language: Fluent in English and German
