  • Translate Voice of Customer (VoC), architecture inputs, and technical concepts into clear and verifiable requirements

  • Manage requirement changes and perform impact analysis across programs and development phases

  • Collaborate closely with System Architects and Concept Engineers to ensure alignment and feasibility

  • Support customer engagements, workshops, and technical discussions focused on system behavior and functional expectations

  • Act as the interface between Architecture, R&D, Product Management, and Sales for all requirements-related topics

YOUR IDEAL BACKGROUND:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Systems Engineering, or a related field

  • 5–10 years of experience in system engineering, requirements engineering, or product/advanced development

  • Strong understanding of vehicle or industrial systems, ideally within E‑Mobility or electrification

  • Experience working in global, cross-functional environments
