Manager Treasury (w/m/d)

Key responsibilities within this role: 

• 
  

  Drive treasury projects with strong system, process and entity impact  

  
  

• 
  

  Support local entities worldwide in all treasury related questions, mainly related to core banking, payments and cash management (including cash pooling and intercompany loans)  

  
  

• 
  

  Support the implementation of the global roll-out for the payment system (including establishing the connectivity to the banks, testing, entering static data)  

  
  

• 
  

  Ensure comprehensive treasury-related reporting and provide expert input to Accounting and Tax for quarterly and annual financial statements  

  
  

• 
  

  Support Cash management, daily liquidity steering and the in house cash pool · Design, implement and maintain a global liquidity planning approach across the group  

  
  

• 
  

  Act as the system administrator for global electronic banking systems as well as our TMS and payment system 

  
  

Required Qualifications: 

• 
  

  A degree in business administration or economics, ideally with a focus on treasury management, corporate finance; alternatively, vocational training with equivalent additional qualifications. 

  
  

• 
  

  4+ years of relevant professional experience in corporate treasury and/or consulting Strong hands-on experience with treasury systems and banking environments (e.g. FIS Integrity, TIS) • High affinity for system-driven, automated, and process-oriented treasury operations 

  
  

• 
  

  High level of accuracy and reliability with strong attention to data quality  

  
  

• 
  

  Strong communication skills in an international and cross-cultural environment  

  
  

• 
  

  Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership

  High integrity, discretion, and sense of responsibility when handling sensitive information
