Mandarin Speaking Biotech Operations Specialist

This is a permanent position offers German visa sponsorship and requires onsite working in the Eschborn office.

Established in 2007, our client is a listed global biotechnology company manufacturing high quality research reagents for basic, translational, and clinical research. Their laboratories consist of over 80,000 square meters, producing cDNAs, recombinant proteins, antibodies and antibody-based kits that are used to study cellular function and human diseases. Their products are supported through a network of distributors in North America, Europe and Asia.

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide customers with product quotations and accurately enter customer orders in the operating system
  


• Familiar with company products, provide customers with relevant product and service information
  


• Collect, improve and update customer information
  


• Analyse and summarize feedback from customers and other functional departments to optimize the customer service process
  


• Assist customers to solve related technical problems
  


• Excellent written and oral communications skills
  


• Maintain and improve customer satisfaction
  


• Cooperate with the marketing team to complete the company's sales and promotion tasks in various regions
  


• Provide statistics on sales, customer information and customer payments for other functional departments
  


• Team management experience to lead a small team
  

Requirements

  Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in Bioengineering, Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, Immunology, Cell Biology, or related fields; Chemistry and Chemical Engineering majors are also welcome.

  Knowledge of recombinant proteins and antibodies is a plus.

  Managerial experience, be responsible and accountable for a small team

  Familiar with computer operations and proficient in office software (MS-Office).

  Proficient in written and spoken English; knowledge of German is a plus.

  Outgoing personality, open-minded, self-motivated, and goal-driven.

  Responsible, proactive, and strong service-oriented mindset.

  Good interpersonal communication skills and strong team spirit.

  5 days on site in Eschborn office.
