Mandarin Speaking Warehouse and Logistics Specialist

 The main responsibility for Logistics Associate is to manage warehouse inventory, process incoming order and perform daily product packing and shipping activities.  The goal is to delivery products to customers timely and accurately.

·         Picking and packing orders according to SOPs

·         Managing inventory and preparing inventory statistic reports

·         Handling incoming and outward shipments in ordering system

·         Preparing domestic and international shipping documents

·         Keep in contact with sales team, customers or shipping companies on status of shipments and deliveries

·         liaise with customs when needed

Requirements

·         Bachelor degree in biology or chemistry

·         Experience in order shipping, processing, and warehousing a plus

·         Strong computer and data entry skills

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German

·         Self-motivated, detail oriented, and high level of accuracy
