We are currently looking for our customer in the Reutlingen area for a 

Manufacturing Process Supervisor (m/f/d)

• Optimization of semiconductor processes for MEMS and power semiconductors

• Improvement of individual processes in the area of Plasma Enhanced Chemical Vapor Deposition (PECVD) and Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD) within development, focusing on implementing new requirements and improving process quality and yield

• Participation in the evaluation, development, and implementation of new manufacturing methods and equipment

• Collaboration in the planning, coordination, and evaluation of experiments in cooperation with internal and external partners

• Development of measures to enhance process flexibility and reduce costs, as well as planning and supporting their implementation in production

• Conducting cost-effectiveness analyses and cost comparisons for new methods, technologies, and equipment, considering technical feasibility and future requirements

• Consulting internal departments and supporting equipment procurement, from specification through commissioning to final acceptance

• Identifying and pursuing process optimizations together with equipment manufacturers and preparing internal documentation and procedural guidelines
