About the role
You will lead the printing department, making sure we produce high quality products efficiently. This role is about combining strong operational leadership with continuous process improvement. You will ensure premium products are delivered on time and within budget, helping us craft customers' most treasured memories.
How you embrace curiosity daily
- Organize and guide production teams across printing, cutting, assembly, and final framing.
- Monitor daily operations, confirming product quality and reliable processes.
- Apply lean principles like 5S and KVP to drive process and productivity improvements.
- Manage resources efficiently. This includes people, machines, and materials.
- Ensure all work meets safety, environmental, and quality standards every day.

What you bring to the team
- Proven experience leading and developing teams in a production or industrial setting.
- Strong understanding of production flows, planning, and quality assurance.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies like lean principles.
- Completed technical or production apprenticeship.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- A working style that is structured, proactive, and focused on finding solutions.
- Strong German and basic English skills for daily team communication.

- A background or qualification in printing is a distinct advantage.
- Further qualification such as a master craftsman, technician, or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing setting focused on premium, high volume products.
