Your mission
We’re looking for a hands-on, commercially aware Marketing Manager with a strong B2B background and a specialism in paid media campaign management to drive growth across the German market.
Based in Munich, this role sits at the heart of our European marketing strategy and requires a balance of strategic planning, campaign execution, and cross-functional collaboration.
This role is perfect for a marketing professional with 3–5 years’ experience who thrives in a dynamic, scaling business. You’ll lead the implementation and optimisation of paid campaigns on Google Ads and LinkedIn, while contributing to broader integrated marketing initiatives across Germany. Your insights and execution will have a direct impact on lead generation and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
● Lead and optimise paid media campaigns (Google Ads and LinkedIn) to drive lead acquisition and brand visibility across Germany.
● Plan, localise, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, email, and event channels.
● Own the performance tracking and reporting of paid media metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and integrated campaign KPIs.
● Translate European-wide campaigns and content into the German market with cultural nuance and relevance.
● Work within an international marketing team, cooperating with colleagues in the UK and Czech Republic.
● Collaborate closely with the German sales team to align marketing activities with pipeline targets and support ABM initiatives.
● Manage external vendors and agencies (creative, digital, PR) to deliver on campaign objectives and brand standards.
● Conduct market and customer research to inform targeting, positioning, and campaign strategies.
● Drive continuous testing and performance improvements through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and data analysis.
