Marketing Manager (Influencers) (m/f/d)

Your mission is to grow Carly's marketing successes by establishing successful partnerships with influencers in the automotive world and beyond. With your passion and expertise, you will drive our revenue growth by supporting the management of high-performance marketing campaigns and expanding on top of the reach of opinion leaders in the automotive and technology consumer space.

• Be an influencer marketing expert on the Marketing Team, supporting the achievement of our KPIs
• Work with international influencer agencies to scale the program
• Research and proactively contact relevant potential influencer partners worldwide and manage relationships.
• Test new channels, approaches, and partnerships
• Track, analyze, and report on affiliate & influencer channel performance accordingly
• Assist in the development and execution of affiliate marketing projects

• 2+ years of proven experience in social media management, affiliate management, influencer management, or related field.
• An analytical mindset, passion for revenue KPIs, and a desire to dive deep into the data to understand daily campaign performance.
• A flexible, hands-on team player that takes on new challenges in a fast-paced environment.  
• Attention to detail and the ability to handle several priorities at once. 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience negotiating cross-cultural deals.
• Fluent in English, German is a strong plus, any other language is a plus.
