Marketing Manager - Power Electronics Products

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to develop, manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional activities in the EMEA region for Power Electronic business units.

• Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products.
• Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects.
• Conduct market research to identify top players in various segments, tacking of competitors, and market size.
• Acquire a deep understanding of the business-units markets and customers, market drivers, customer motivations, and concerns, potential solutions.
• Further development and enhancement of Web Marketing and coordinate implementation.
• Monitor, review, and report on all marketing activity and results.
• Define and lead market development strategies and tactics.
• Participate in conferences, trade shows, marketing campaigns, and professional associations as required.
• Support responsible salespersons.

• Bachelor or Master's degree in a relevant field in Marketing.
• 10-15 years of experience in Marketing.
• Product Marketing experience is a must.
• Excellent command of English and German is required
• Advanced knowledge on MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint. MS Dynamics skills are a must.
• Industry experience in Electrical and Electronics is preferred.
• Knowledge and skills of Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, illustrator or AutoCAD, web content management will be a plus.
• Relevant work experience in Marketing and event management.
• Able to work under pressure (stress resistant) in a fast moving environment.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Strong organizational skills and interest in coordination.
