Marketing Specialist/Coordinator (m/f/d)

Key Responsibilities:

• Regional Marketing Strategy Execution: Assist in the implementation of regional marketing strategies across the Nordics to drive brand awareness, product adoption, and sales growth.
• Campaign Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute local marketing campaigns (including digital, social media, events, and PR) to support brand objectives and product launches.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the EMEA marketing team, sales teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery of marketing activities.
• Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and emerging trends in the Nordics. Provide insights to adapt strategies to local market conditions.
• Media & Influencer Relations: Build and manage relationships with key media, influencers, and local partners to ensure effective PR campaigns and product exposure.
• Event Planning & Execution: Organize and support local marketing events, including product launches, trade shows, and consumer events.
• Content Localization: Work with global content teams to ensure that marketing materials are tailored to the Nordics market, aligning with local language, culture, and consumer preferences.
• Reporting & Metrics: Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and activities across the Nordics region, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

• 5-6 years of experience in marketing or a related field, with a focus on the Nordics region.
• Strong understanding of the Nordics market, including consumer behavior, cultural differences, and local trends.
• Proven ability to manage and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, both online and offline.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, PR, and digital marketing.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in one or more of the Nordic languages (Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, Finnish) is a plus.
• Ability to travel frequently within the Nordics region and occasionally to other EMEA locations.
• A results-oriented mindset, with the ability to track performance and optimize strategies accordingly.

Desired Skills:

• Experience in the tech, consumer electronics, or home appliances industries is a plus.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, social media, email marketing, etc.).
