· Proprietary MCX Solution and Platform Maintenance
· Linux Server Administration
· IP Network Analysis and troubleshooting
· Analyze SIP signaling and resolve incidents related to VoIP services.
· System Monitoring and Log Collection and Analysis
· Customer technical support and issues management
· Support system patching, software upgrades, and deployment processes
· Technical collaboration with Development and QA teams
· Fluent in English communication
· Experienced in Linux system operations and incident/fault analysis
· Understanding of IP networking, including TCP/IP, Routing, DNS, VPN and Firewalls
· Understanding of SIP protocols and VoIP technologies.
· Capabilities in log collection, analysis, and technical troubleshooting
· Capabilities in using packet analysis tools such as Wireshark and tcpdump etc
[Preferred Qualifications]
· Holder of a CCNP(Cisco Certified Network Professional) Certification
· Background or experience in IMS, LTE/5G or Telecommunication solutions
· Experience with MCX, IMS, LTE/5G, or relevant telecommunication solutions.
· Experience working in Docker, virtualization, or Cloud environments.
· Ability to utilize Shell or Python
· Understanding of Android-based devices and mobile communication services.
· Prior experience in system maintenance, customer technical support
