Mechanical Commissioning Manager

They are heavily involved in the construction of data centres which they build as a complete package from enabling/civil works through structural build, M&E installation and commissioning to final client hando over. They are seeking to engage an Mechanical Commissioning Manager for long-term Data Center project in Frankfurt, Ge Requirements Germany. Established in 2004, KCM is owned and managed by construction professionals who recruit solely in the construction sector both in Ireland and internationally.

• Management and supervision of Mechanical Cx Packageengineers. • Management of project Cx Programme including Milestone and deadlinemanagement. • Ensure familiarisation and compliance with contract documents and procedures. • Planning and management of Vendor FAT/ FWT with possible attendanceif necessary. • Management of CFCI and OFCI ve ndors CX Scope • Communication to all MechanicalCx Stakeholders • Attend and provide input to Daily/ Weekly Cx meetings, Internally, v endor and Client • Form, update and submission of Mechanical Cx Progress and technical report s to line manager • Coordination and alignment with Project QAQC Dept to achievecommon objectives. • Coordination and alignment with Project AP Dept to achieve common objectives. • Manage, deliver and obtain approval on relevant project Mechanical Cx documents such as Test Scripts, Compl iance statements etc • Manage the receipt, review and compliance of project CX documentation to achieve the necess ary CX level sig n off • Set work scope • Monitor and m anage delivery of scope • Communication of deadlines and

and Cx programme Milestones • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or 7 year on the job exp erience managing in Cx Roles • Process driven candidate and focus on EHS and Quality Work Management Syste ms and Processes is desirable • Minimum of 7 Years' experience in a similar role within a construction environment with experience in Commercial, Industrial, pharma, data cent re type projects is desirable. • Solves problems an Remuneration analytically and acts decisively.
