Your tasks

Development of detailed assembly plans taking into account production requirements, technical specifications and quality standards

Identifying potential improvements in assembly processes and implementing efficient methods to increase productivity and quality

Planning and coordinating materials, tools and labor to ensure the smooth running of assembly activities

Carrying out quality checks during the assembly process and implementing measures to prevent and rectify errors

Working closely with various departments, such as engineering, production and purchasing, to ensure a seamless assembly process and achieve production targets

Your profile

Completed university degree in mechanical engineering, production engineering or industrial engineering

Several years of specialist professional experience in industrial engineering with a focus on assembly planning

Experience in project management desirable

MTM knowledge, ideally UAS, an advantage

Experience with lean principles and methods

German language skills, written and spoken

Independent action, personal responsibility and strong communication skills
