Arbeitsbeschreibung - Medical Manager (all genders)

Our mission at Avelios is to build the leading software platform for the data-driven digitization of hospitals and patient care. To do so, we have built a modular software platform that digitizes and optimizes workflows in hospitals with cutting-edge technology in a user-friendly way. With our software, we enable hospitals, doctors & nurses to provide their patients with the best possible care. 
 
To continue to shape the future of healthcare, we are looking for a (Senior) Medical Manager to lead the medical content and process part of our software development and help develop a great product our users love.
  • Identify and evaluate customer needs and validate new concepts to ensure that our product adds value for our medical users
  • Create and maintain the medical content of our software
  • Collect and evaluate the medical, functional and regulatory requirements for our modules
  • Constantly observe and analyze existing software products and processes in hospitals to discover, initiate and implement further optimization opportunities
  • Work closely with our product managers and designers to transform customer needs and ideas into concrete requirements and an actionable development roadmap
  • Lead medical working students and ensure alignment across the medical team
  • Define the value of product features together with the product team and stakeholders
  • You are a medical doctor and have already gained practical experience in hospitals
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • Interest in IT and enthusiasm for digitalization in healthcare
  • You are a team player with strong communication and planning skills and enjoy working in an interdisciplinary team to solve complex problems
  • Solution-oriented mindset & focus on getting things done
  • Solid work ethic and eagerness to continuously learn
  • Fluency in German and English
  • High flexibility, variety in your tasks and the opportunity to take ownership
  • Ability to gain valuable hands-on experience in a startup backed by top European VCs
