MEP Commissioning Manager – Data Centre - Dusseldorf

€75,000 - €110,000 per annum + Full Rotational Package – Permanent Role

Our client is a €2bn turnover, Tier:1 main contractor operating across the UK, Ireland & Europe. They undertake major, complex schemes with a particular emphasis on Data Centres, Pharmaceutical and Life Science projects.

Due to continued growth in the region of their Data Centre projects division, our client is now seeking an experienced MEP Commissioning Manager in Duesseldorf.

Responsibilities

* Commissioning Strategy & Planning

Lead the development and implementation of the MEP commissioning strategy across a large-scale Data Centre project, ensuring alignment with programme milestones, client requirements, and integrated systems delivery

* Integrated Systems Testing (IST) Leadership

Drive the commissioning process through all stages including pre-commissioning, Level 1–5 commissioning, and IST, ensuring all systems are fully tested, validated, and ready for client handover

* Stakeholder & Package Coordination

Coordinate closely with MEP teams, CSA, vendors, and client representatives to ensure seamless integration of all building systems within a highly complex, mission-critical environment

* Programme & Risk Management

Monitor commissioning progress against programme, identifying risks to critical path activities and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure successful and timely project delivery

* Quality Assurance & Handover

Ensure all commissioning documentation, QA processes, and handover requirements are completed to the highest standards, delivering a fully compliant and operational facility in line with client expectations

Requirements

Must have relevant degree level qualifications or equivalent trades background

Must have 8+ years’ experience in a similar role on large scale Mission Critical projects

EU Passport is preferred
