As a Mergers and Acquisitions Associate, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our strategic growth trajectory. You will be instrumental in identifying, evaluating, and executing M&A opportunities that align with our corporate objectives. Your core responsibilities will include leading comprehensive Due Diligence processes, performing in-depth Company Valuations, and developing robust Financial Modeling to support critical decision-making. Leveraging your strong background in Corporate Finance, you will provide expert analysis and recommendations, ensuring successful transaction outcomes and contributing significantly to the expansion and profitability of our organization.
Must-Have Skills
Solid understanding and practical experience in conducting Due Diligence reviews.
Expertise in various company valuation methods (e.g., DCF, multiples).
Profound skills in building and analyzing complex financial models.
Comprehensive knowledge and practical application of Corporate Finance principles and strategies.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience in M&A process management
Knowledge of Post-Merger Integration (PMI)
