Job Description

·        MFG/PRO EDI Analyst

Job Specifications (The minimum acceptable qualifications that the candidate must possess to perform the job successfully)

This position requires 3+ years of experience in EDI for Automotive industries as well as areas of ERP and UNIX systems.
·        EDI/Ecommerce Module of MFG/PRO (TP Setup, Transformation mapping, mainly Customer and Supplier Schedule, etc)
·        3+ years with experience in EDI Translators (e.g. AXWAY, eVision).
·        3+ years with experience in different EDI file formats (ANSIX12, EDIFACT, ODETTE, VDA) and developing EDI solutions by integrating them with ERP systems.
·        Ability to troubleshoot/create and map EDI both inbound and outbound following Automotive standards.
·        3+ years with experience w/ GXS, ANX and other EDI communication channels.
·        Experience with Automotive Industry EDI standards is required.
·        Exposure to MFG/PRO ERP EDI/eCommerce module.
·        3+ years with experience in Unix & Shell Scripting.
·        Good understanding of how ERP processes work and are integrated (e.g. Shipping, Receiving, Customer Schedules, Supplier Schedules, Discrete Orders, Items etc).

Preferred Qualifications

Any University degree. (Technology or Computer Science is preferred).

Minimum of 3 years in the industry

·        Experience in MFG/PRO EDI Implementation or Support

Exp (Desired Areas)

·        Experience in Progress 4GL programming.

·        Performance against Metrics / SLA/ Deliverables set for MFG/PRO EDI.

·        Reporting to Customer and Key Stakeholders on project performance.
