Arbeitsbeschreibung - Midlevel Konzeptioner:in (m/w/d)

You develop campaign/always-on/launch concepts and formats for brands on the leading social media platforms with a focus on TikTok and Instagram
You develop goosebump ideas that are so powerful they create an unfair competitive advantage for brands
You work closely with our art director*s and production team to bring your world-class concepts to final realization
You work hand in hand with strategy/consulting to ensure that the concepts and ideas developed are aligned with the goals of our partners and briefings
You create compelling storylines / narratives for presentations and pitches
Nice to have: You enjoy writing finger-licking captions, headlines and scripts

You have at least 2 years of experience as a conceptual designer in advertising/creative/digital agencies and a deep understanding of social media
You know what social-first means and believe that TikTok can become the new TV
You're on the spearhead of socio-cultural and technological developments - you know what the hottest shit is
You think unconventionally, surprisingly and always find a new angle on familiar topics
You can argue pointedly, present ideas clearly and package complex issues in exciting stories
You have a solid understanding of what makes the difference between an idea, a rough concept, and a fine concept, as well as when it's appropriate to apply each of them
You are not interested in micro-management
You speak German and English very well
You are based in Berlin or work remotely in Germany
