Arbeitsbeschreibung - Mietenbuchhalter (m/w/d)

Ensuring correct accounting for a wide range of properties under own and third-party management
Account assignment and posting of invoices and rental/deposit receipts as well as monitoring and clarification of open items and differences
Independent preparation of monthly and annual financial reports
Recording and reviewing rental agreement regulations and analyzing the allocability of individual items in close coordination with property management
Responsibility for the reminder system
Handling communication with tenants, owners, authorities, service providers and banks
Creating and maintaining master data and managing rental deposit accounts
Monitoring and ensuring compliance with deadlines and schedules

Completed commercial education or studies
Several years of professional experience in a comparable position or as an accounts receivable/payable accountant, ideally experience in property accounting
Numerate and conscientious personality as well as real estate know-how and digital affinity, experience with ix-Haus desirable
Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive approach
Very good knowledge of the MS Office package, especially MS Excel
Independent, structured and team-oriented way of working
