Arbeitsbeschreibung - Mitarbeitende (m/w/d) Guest Relation

Looking after our guests in a professional and caring manner
Handling enquiries, requests, feedback and complaints from guests, both live on site and by email or phone
Checking in and out our guests
"Concierge" activities
Ordering, receiving and correct storage of goods
Administration and maintenance of customer data
Adherence to and implementation of hotel standards as well as legal regulations regarding hygiene and fire protection

Completed vocational training in the hotel industry or in a comparable field; you are also welcome to join the company as a career changer
Very good manners and a well-groomed appearance
Quality awareness and communication skills
A good sense for the "little things
Ability to work in a team, reliability, resilience and a confident manner even in stressful situations
Good language skills in German and English

A friendly team with flat hierarchies and a pleasant working environment
A permanent full-time employment contract
Digital recording of working hours
If required: support in finding a place to live
