• Technical advice and technical clarification for customer queries (1st & 2nd level)
• Creation, tracking and invoicing of quotations/orders (spare parts, service orders) 
• Maintenance of service-relevant data and documents 
• Processing returns and repairs 
• Receipt of customer complaints
• Working closely with other departments to ensure that service assignments run smoothly.
• Continuous improvement of planning processes and systems

• Successfully completed vocational training in the technical field and at least 2 years of professional experience  
• Good technical understanding 
• Strong customer and service orientation, strong communication skills and assertiveness
• Self-confident appearance
• Enjoy working in a team and dealing with customers
• Independent and careful way of working
• Business fluent German and good written and spoken English skills
• Confident handling of MS Office
