Arbeitsbeschreibung - Mitarbeiter Servicewerkstatt / Mechaniker (m/w/d)

As part of the service workshop team, you will be responsible for handling service cases - from the receipt of defective components to the final quality check
You will use fault analyses to identify defects in our drive systems and resolve them either by repairing or replacing spare parts
You will work closely with the Technical Support and Quality departments and thus contribute to the continuous improvement of our product
With the help of your organisational skills, you will also ensure that our materials and spare parts warehouse is always neat and tidy

You have successfully completed vocational training and have already gained experience in a mechanical-technical company
You have an interest in electric drive technology and have ideally gained experience with e-bikes
You are familiar with the common MS Office programmes and have ideally worked with an ERP system
You have a structured and reliable way of working on a daily basis
You have good written and spoken German and English skills
