• Customer-oriented and independent management of the order book, including order acceptance and processing in the inside sales department
• Coordination of worldwide shipments in consultation with production planning, shipping, and our customers
• Contribution to revenue realization
• Point of contact for customer inquiries and complaints for dealers and importers
• Collaboration with the field sales team
• Coordination and alignment with specialist departments and informing management about current customer orders, internal sales topics, and small projects
• Support in implementing sales concepts
• Creation of statistics and analyses for strategic business decisions
• Creation and updating of product and customer data in the system

• Commercial training or bachelor's degree
• Good to excellent communication skills
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and German
• Goal- and customer-oriented working style with analytical thinking
• Enjoyment of organization, planning, and coordination
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office programs
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably proALPHA
