  • Customer care and development: You are the first point of contact for our customers and guide projects from the initial request to series production handover.
  • New customer acquisition: You identify potential clients, proactively reach out to them, and convince them of our solutions– with the goal of building long-term business relationships.
  • Project management: You manage the development and implementation of customer projects in close collaboration with our internal departments.
  • Sales controlling: You keep an eye on quotes, key figures, and market trends, and derive strategic actions from them.
  • Material & supplier selection: You decide, depending on the project, which materials and partners are best suited.
  • Market analysis: You identify trends, evaluate competitors, and implement innovative solutions.
Our sales team is led by Matthias Wilke and includes seven colleagues. They serve as the central link between customers, production, purchasing, and quality assurance, ensuring that ideas turn into successful series projects. That’s why we also refer to the team as our project management.✅ Technical or commercial training
Several years of experience in sales ideally in project-based business
Experience with ERP systems
Good command of English, spoken and written
 
Preferred but not required:
  • Experience in the automotive industry
  • Knowledge in the processing of adhesive tapes, films, or papers
  • Experience with Microsoft Business Central 365 (Navision)
  • Language skills in Italian or French
  • You are a passionate salesperson– sales & customer service are in your DNA.
  • Technical understanding & creative solutions– no product is ‘off the shelf’.
  • Structured & independent way of working– you prioritise independently.
  • Strong communication skills & persuasiveness– you are the mouthpiece of our customers.
