Your mission
- Diagnose, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic systems of mobile cranes
- Conduct on-site operator and maintenance training for French-speaking clients
- Manage after-sales, warranty, and spare parts cases efficiently, coordinating supply and delivery schedules, and liaising with suppliers
- Serve as the technical point of contact for French-speaking clients, providing clear solutions and maintaining communication with customers, factory, and technical teams
- Analyze field issues, document service reports, and maintain case databases using Excel or system tools
- Collaborate with HQ and internal teams to provide technical support, resolve pending cases, and enhance client training programs
