Molecular biology Technical Specialist

My client is a leading bio-reagent manufacturer and related CRO service provider. With the world's largest validated recombinant protein bank, provide broad range products and CRO services supporting R&D in fields of drug targets, cytokines, immune checkpoints, cancer biomarkers, and cell therapy. They are looking for a 

• Supporting the sales team to conduct customer visits and virtual meetings, providing satisfactory technical support throughout the entire sales process. Combining detailed analysis of customers' needs with the company's capacity, to provide customers with the best solutions, guiding them to choose proper products and services. Conducting territory project daily operation when local sales colleagues are absent.

• Updating product information and training materials in a timely manner, and helping improve marketing materials.

• Collecting and improving key customers information, and helping the implementation of technical promotion and follow-up work of business opportunities.

• Collecting and analysing market information, dynamics of competitors and customers, and providing new technical developments in the related fields.
