Arbeitsbeschreibung - Nautical Inspector (m/f/d)

Monitoring, including planning the maintenance and upkeep of nautical systems, deck equipment, and safety systems
Managing communication systems within a specifically defined area of our fleet
Handling insurance claims
Budget planning
Preparing and conducting dockings
Close collaboration and communication within the team and with the ship crews

Completed vocational training or degree in Nautical Studies, with relevant sea experience as a nautical officer (m/f/d) or captain (m/f/d) (AG/AM certification)
Ideally, experience in inspecting within a shipping company
Knowledge in nautical and technical maintenance of ships and shipbuilding is desirable
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Excellent German and English language skills, both spoken and written
Independent and self-motivated work style
Strong communication skills, reliability and teamwork capability
