Expert SAP S/4HANA Cloud Finance & Controlling – Germany / Fluent German Speaker

Are you an experienced SAP S/4HANA Finance & Controlling specialist with strong knowledge of Public Cloud solutions?

An established international professional services organisation is seeking an Expert SAP S/4HANA Cloud Finance & Controlling specialist to take technical ownership of FI/CO processes within a modern S/4HANA Public Cloud environment.

You will:

• 
  

  Take technical responsibility for FI/CO processes within an SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud environment.

  
  


• 
  

  Define guidelines, standards and solution architectures for SAP Finance and Controlling.

  
  


• 
  

  Design, implement and maintain SAP S/4HANA based FI/CO processes and solutions.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure effective end to end integration across Finance and Controlling processes.

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with business analysts, developers and deployment teams to identify and resolve technical challenges.

  
  


• 
  

  Evaluate new SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud innovations and assess their potential business value.

  
  


• 
  

  Drive continuous improvement through the adoption of new SAP technologies and capabilities.

  
  


• 
  

  Provide Level 3 support for S/4HANA Cloud solutions.

  
  


• 
  

  Conduct root cause analysis and resolve complex technical issues.

  
  


• 
  

  Support advanced testing activities, including ticket management and issue resolution.

  
  


• 
  

  Assess the impact of SAP updates and new technologies and coordinate any required adaptations.

  
  


• 
  

  Support the continuous development of the organisation's SAP Finance and Controlling landscape.

  
  

You will bring:

• 
  

  A university degree in Computer Science, Business, Economics or a comparable discipline.

  
  


• 
  

  Several years of professional experience with SAP S/4HANA, ideally with a strong focus on Finance and Controlling.

  
  


• 
  

  Extensive experience implementing and configuring SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud solutions.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong knowledge of modern cloud technologies and API structures, including SOAP.

  
  


• 
  

  Comprehensive knowledge of SSCUI configuration across SAP Finance, including:

    General Ledger Accounting

    Management Accounting

• 
  

  Good knowledge of SAP S/4HANA reporting and data extraction.

  Strong understanding of end to end FI/CO processes and their integration.

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent analytical, independent and structured working capabilities.

  
  


• 
  

  The ability to define standards and guidelines within complex SAP environments.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and business teams.

  
  


• 
  

  Professional fluency in German and English.
