New Job Opening: SAP FICO Partner in GERMANY / REMOTE

We are looking for an experienced SAP FI/CO Partner to join a highly successful consulting company specializing in SAP Supply Chain and SAP Logistics.

As an SAP FI/CO Partner, you will play a key role in shaping the growth and strategic direction of our SAP Finance practice. You will combine your deep SAP Finance expertise with strong commercial and leadership skills, developing long-term relationships with national and international clients and identifying new business opportunities.

You will have a high degree of autonomy to develop your own market strategy, shape our service portfolio, explore emerging technologies such as AI, and build a successful long-term career with us.

Your responsibilities as an SAP FI/CO Partner:

• Take strategic responsibility for the development and growth of our SAP FI/CO consulting business.


• Advise C-level executives and senior stakeholders at national and international clients on SAP Finance transformation, S/4HANA migration and business process optimization.


• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and act as a trusted strategic advisor.


• Identify, develop and win new business opportunities, from initial client discussions through to successful contract closure.


• Shape and expand our SAP Finance service portfolio, methodologies and market proposition.


• Lead and oversee complex SAP FI/CO transformation programs and ensure successful delivery together with project and delivery teams.


• Develop innovative SAP Finance solutions and incorporate emerging technologies, including AI and intelligent automation, into our consulting offering.


• Take responsibility for proposals, solution concepts, commercial offerings and contract negotiations.


• Build, mentor and develop high-performing SAP Finance consultants and future leaders.


• Contribute to the strategic development of the wider consulting organization and actively support our growth.


• Represent the company at client meetings, industry events and relevant professional networks.


• Through coaching and leadership, support the professional and personal development of our consultants.

Your skills and experience:

• 8+ years of SAP FI/CO consulting experience, ideally with significant experience in SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.


• Proven track record of building and developing client relationships and generating consulting business.


• Strong experience advising senior management and C-level stakeholders.


• Demonstrated success in business development, sales, account development and proposal leadership.


• Deep expertise in SAP FI/CO and a strong understanding of end-to-end finance processes and S/4HANA.


• Experience designing and implementing complex SAP transformation solutions.


• Strong understanding of business process modelling and organizational transformation.


• Proven experience leading large-scale projects, programs or consulting teams.


• Experience developing and mentoring consultants and building high-performing teams.


• Strong commercial understanding, including pricing, profitability, proposals and contract negotiations.


• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify market opportunities and turn them into sustainable business.


• Excellent communication and presentation skills.


• Fluent German at C2 level or above and excellent English.
