New Job Opening: SAP Sales Account Manager in GERMANY / REMOTE

We are looking for an experienced SAP Sales Account Manager to develop strategic customer relationships and drive growth across SAP consulting, S/4HANA transformation, managed services and SAP license management.

You will combine SAP market knowledge with strong commercial skills, working closely with consultants and technical experts to identify customer needs and develop tailored solutions.

Your responsibilities:

• Manage and grow strategic SAP customer accounts.


• Build relationships with CIOs, IT Directors, SAP leaders, Procurement and Finance.


• Identify and develop opportunities for SAP consulting, transformation, AMS and license optimization.


• Lead the full sales cycle from qualification through proposal, negotiation and contract closure.


• Develop account plans, sales pipelines and new business opportunities.


• Work with SAP consultants and architects to develop customer solutions.


• Lead client meetings, discovery sessions and commercial negotiations.


• Identify opportunities for SAP license optimization and contract advisory.


• Support customers with SAP licensing decisions and negotiations.


• Monitor SAP market developments and translate them into customer opportunities.

Your profile

• Several years of experience in SAP consulting, SAP sales or account management.


• Proven track record selling SAP consulting or professional services.


• Strong understanding of SAP and S/4HANA environments.


• Practical knowledge of SAP licensing and license management.


• Experience developing strategic accounts and generating new business.


• Strong commercial, negotiation and presentation skills.


• Ability to engage confidently with both technical and C-level stakeholders.


• Entrepreneurial, consultative mindset.


• Fluent German (C2 Level) and strong English.

Ideally

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.


• Experience with SAP license audits, optimization or negotiations.


• Established network within the German SAP market.


• Experience selling SAP implementation, advisory or managed services.
