Arbeitsbeschreibung - Niederlassungsleiter Rheinland (m/w/d)

GESTA Gesellschaft für Stahlrohrgerüste mbH is a company of the Teupe Group and is active in industrial scaffolding. With our industrial scaffolding, we are constantly on site at various plants in the chemical and processing industries as well as in energy and steel production
  • Assumption of responsibility for the Rhineland branch (>100 employees) in industrial scaffolding construction 
  • Operational management and strategic development including budget and profit responsibility
  • Development and expansion of own service portfolio outside the core business beyond scaffolding construction 
  • Managing productivity, profitability and quality in the branch
  • Further development of existing occupational health and safety management in accordance with SCC and quality management in accordance with DIN ISO 9001
  • Responsibility for the support and expansion of our customer relationships
  • Führungs- und Berufserfahrung, gerne aus dem Bereich Industrieservice oder idealerweise in der Dienstleistung
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische/ technische Ausbildung, gerne auch Wirtschaftsingenieur (m/w/d), bestenfalls mit Erfahrung in der Chemiebranche
  • Kommunikationsstarker, motivierender Führungsstil
  • Erfahrung in der Führung mit Kennzahlensystematik
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Arbeitsschutz und Qualität
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
