We are currently offering the followingposition in Germany which is fully remote and requiresapproximately 50% of travelling. Sales Manager Medical DACH (d/f/m)Come join a fantastic team! In this exposed leadership position inLeica's Global Commercial Organization, you will be responsible forgrowing the market share of our medical microscopy productportfolio in an indirect go-to-market model. You will beresponsible for the DACH region Germany, Austria, Liechtenstein andSwitzerland and lead and develop a team of 8 associates. In thisrole you will report directly to the Medical Sales Director EMEA.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES - Develop and execute local business strategyaccording with EMEA guidelines and deliver sustainable growth andsignificant share win based on a deep understanding of local marketdynamics, future trends and competitive landscape - Research andidentify opportunities in line with strategic directives in orderto generate sales, increase the installed base penetration, upsellexisting contracts and expand the portfolio of solutions sold -Defining yearly growth targets to Account Managers and/or IndirectPartners (Distributors, Resellers, Lead Finders), reporting monthlyrevenues and potential gaps vs. targets and support close gapactions in order to maximize business - Proactively assesses,clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing base andprovide transparent feedback to upper management and Business Units- Generate and develop sales and solutions awareness throughcustomer visits & solutions information, customer consultancies& workshops. Operate as a lead point of contact for thecustomer - Actively drive new product introduction on assigned areain collaborations with the Market Development department andMarketing teams to maximize revenue - Use Danaher Business Systems(DBS) tools, implement daily work and standard management on funnelmanagement and forecasting YOUR PROFILE - Degree in biomedicalengineering, electronic engineering, or an equivalent scientificqualification - Multiple years of strategic selling experience in aB2B sales environment within a matrix organization - Priorexperience and solid track record in a sales role in medicalbusiness - Requires experience in leadership in sales management,opportunity assessment, and excellent communication andinterpersonal skills - Ability to comprehend scientificapplications / markets and expert in sales growth processes (FunnelManagement) - Fluently German and English language skills At LeicaMicrosystems we believe in designing a better, more sustainableworkforce.
