You will be responsible for providingmedical case management for patients, visiting them at healthcareprovider sites, writing medical reports and providing medicalupdates. This is a fantastic opportunity for nurses (Gesundheits-und Krankenpfleger / Krankenschwester) to move away from thedemands of a clinical environment to an on-site case manager roleusing their medical expertise. Key Responsibilities: - The nurse(Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger / Krankenschwester) would providecomprehensive in-patient clinical case management in line withclinical and Intl. SOS standards - Develop and maintain effectiverelationships with providers, (medical and administrative) internaland external stakeholders and suppliers to ensure excellentdelivery of service - Regularly visit or contact the care providers(civilian and military treatment facility centers) to obtainupdates for medical cases - Liaise with patients to obtain detailedclinical information including past medical history to allow foraccurate on-going case management - Support the medical collectionteam in obtaining the discharge summary and medical records fromthe care provider Profil - Registered General Nurse(Gesundheits-und Krankenpfleger / Krankenschwester) with minimum of 3 years'experience - Nursing registration to practice in EU and othercountries can be considered - Experience of working within amultidisciplinary team - Excellent communication and interpersonalskills - Enjoys change and thrives with a challenge. - Exceptionalattention to detail and strong administrative skills. - Experienceof Microsoft Office - Minimum B2 level written and oral English andGerman - Occasional national and international travel forconferences and workshops - Experience of working with newtechnologies in health care practice - Hold a valid andunrestricted driver's license and be prepared to travel to MilitaryTreatment Facility Centres and hospitals within your region.
