OCM & Digital Adoption Consultant (m/f/d)

For our SAP transformation projects, we are looking for an engaged and motivated OCM & Digital Adoption Consultant (m/f/d). In this role, you will support SAP S/4HANA transformation programs with a focus on organizational change management, training, communication, and digital adoption.

Your responsibilities

• Execute change management activities across the SAP Activate phases


• Support change impact analyses, stakeholder analyses, and engagement tracking


• Build and configure in-app guidance using WalkMe, such as walkthroughs, smart tips, onboarding flows, and task lists


• Support workflow mapping and the optimization of digital user guidance in SAP


• Analyze and resolve issues in digital adoption tools


• Maintain adoption dashboards and evaluate relevant usage and adoption metrics


• Create communication materials such as emails, FAQs, intranet posts, newsletters, and video scripts


• Support the coordination of change agent networks


• Develop training content such as e-learning modules, simulations, quick reference guides, job aids, and video content


• Support Train-the-Trainer sessions as well as training logistics and participant tracking


• Maintain training materials and ensure they are aligned with the latest SAP configuration


• Support hypercare phases, lessons learned, and post-go-live retrospectives

Your profile

• Several years of professional experience, ideally 4–6 years, in transformation delivery with a focus on OCM and/or digital adoption


• Good knowledge of ADKAR, change impact analysis, and OCM in an SAP environment


• Experience with digital adoption platforms, ideally WalkMe


• Experience in creating training and communication content


• Strong working knowledge of dashboards, Excel, and reporting


• Basic understanding of SAP S/4HANA, navigation, and core modules


• Interest in AI-supported tools for content creation, analytics, and adoption


• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working


• Team-oriented mindset and very good German and English language skills

• Experience with Synthesia or comparable tools


• Experience in international project environments


• Practical experience working with hypercare or adoption data after go-live
