Office & Studio Administrator / Office Manager (m/f/d)

About the role

We run a busy livestreaming and live-commerce studio. We're looking for a hands-on, reliable Office & Studio Administrator to keep the studio and office running smoothly day to day — so our hosts and production team can focus on going live. This is a practical, on-site role for someone organized, proactive, and comfortable switching between admin tasks, light physical work, and keeping our sets camera-ready.

It's a great fit for someone who likes variety, takes ownership without being micromanaged, and is happy working flexible hours including afternoons and evenings.

Tasks

What you'll do

Office, supplies & procurement

• Keep the office and studio fully stocked at all times — food, drinks, cleaning products, and other consumables.
• Monitor stock levels, place orders, receive deliveries, and maintain simple records of purchases and spending.
• Liaise with suppliers, compare options, and help keep costs under control.

Studio & operational support

• Set up, reset, and tear down livestream sets before and after sessions.
• Keep studios, sets, and shared spaces clean, organized, and camera-ready at all times.
• Restock products, props, and supplies as needed between live sessions.
• Support the team with practical day-to-day operational tasks to ensure livestreams run smoothly.

Facilities & office management

• Help maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized working environment.
• Assemble and arrange furniture, support office and studio reconfigurations, and coordinate maintenance or repairs when needed.
• Take ownership of general office operations and proactively solve day-to-day issues a they arise.

Flexibility

• Be available on a flexible schedule, including afternoons and later into the evening, to support live sessions and studio needs.

Requirements

What we're looking for

• Highly organized and dependable, with a "I'll take care of it" attitude.
• Comfortable with hands-on, physical work (assembling furniture, moving/lifting equipment and supplies, setting up sets).
• Proactive — anticipates needs (like restocking) before being asked.
• Flexible with working hours, including afternoons and evenings.
• Good at juggling several small tasks and keeping things tidy and on track.
• Reliable, trustworthy, and easy to communicate with.

Nice to have

• Experience in facilities, office management, hospitality, events, or studio/production support.
• Basic comfort with simple tools (ordering platforms, spreadsheets, messaging apps).
• A driving licence (useful for pickups and supply runs).
