Office Manager

Soilytix is on a mission to improve and protect the health of the world's most vital resource—soil—through data-driven insights, advanced soil analysis, and innovative products.

We bring together soil science, biology, and technology to help restore damaged land, optimize sustainable agricultural yields, and bring new soil-health solutions to market.

As our office manager, you'll be the backbone of a passionate team turning that mission into measurable impact—one hectare of soil at a time.

Tasks

As the organizational heart of our Hamburg office, you'll keep day-to-day operations running smoothly—so our interdisciplinary team can stay focused on the mission.

• You keep the office running and coordinate our service providers and suppliers.
• You organize onboarding for new colleagues from A to Z—from IT access to a warm welcome.
• You support HR administration, process receipts, and submit travel expenses.
• You coordinate business travel and team events, and receive our guests.
• You keep an eye on office supplies, processes, and the small improvements that make everyday work easier.

Requirements

Your profile

• Professional experience in office management or as an assistant—ideally in a startup environment.
• Strong organizational talent, a structured way of working, and the ability to keep processes running independently.
• Business-fluent German (C1/C2) and very good English for working in our international team.
• Discreet, hands-on, and confident with common office tools (especially Microsoft 365).
• An open, solution-oriented personality who wants to grow with a growing team.
