We are looking for a part-time Office Manager to take ownership of our Berlin office and ensure it runs smoothly, efficiently and with great energy. This role goes beyond day-to-day operations; it’s about creating an environment where our people feel welcome, supported and inspired to do their best work.


As we continue to strengthen our hybrid working model, our office becomes more than just a workplace. It’s a hub for connection, collaboration and culture. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping that experience, ensuring our Berlin space feels vibrant, well-organised and genuinely worth coming into.

Are you ready for your next ride?


YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:



  • Acting as the representative for the Berlin office within our global business and as an ambassador externally

  • Managing relationships with landlords, councils, and all other stakeholders (internal and external) linked to the Berlin office

  • Coordinating with the central teams to ensure smooth onboarding and off-boarding of Berlin-based employees; including hosting Onboarding orientations for new joiners

  • Overseeing vendors, suppliers and service providers to ensure smooth day-to-day running of the office

  • Handling reception duties and acting as the point of contact for staff and visitors

  • Managing office budgets, payments, invoices and cost tracking

  • Organizing team socials and company-wide activations

  • Ensuring the office environment remains welcoming, well-maintained and aligned with our brand and culture


TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:



  • Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving work environment

  • Have experience in office management, event coordination, customer service, executive assistant or a community management role (preferred)

  • Self-starter mentality, able to ramp independently, solution-oriented mentality, ask the right questions, and take initiative without needing close supervision; 

  • Takes full ownership of their onboarding and development in the role, proactively building relationships with Office Managers in other regions to learn best practices 

  • Bring strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality

  • Be personable, confident, and able to engage with a wide variety of people, adapting your communication style as needed

  • Be a true vibe-creator, helping the office feel energetic, welcoming and fun, and encouraging more people to come in and connect

  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills 

  • Language Requirements: fluent in both German and English

  • Be confident using G-Suite tools (Google Slides, Google Sheets, etc.)
