Our Excelitas site in Regen is our centre of excellence for high-precision optics. From development to production on state-of-the-art machines, specialists work here with passion to meet all customer requirements on a daily basis. A wide range of highly precise optical components are reliably supplied to a wide variety of markets and applications. Examples of applications include dental cameras and endoscopes in medical applications, head-up displays in the aerospace industry, aerial cameras and a wide range of special solutions in the field of research and development.

This position is a parental leave replacement, initially limited to 2 years.

Your Responsibilities

• Purchasing administration and processing


• Master data and system maintenance


• Inquiries and Order Processing


• Complaint handling and invoice verification


• Deadline monitoring and tracking


• Price negotiations in day-to-day business

Your Profile 

• Successfully completed commercial training or comparable professional experience


• Preferably a good technical understanding in the fields of mechanics, electronics, or optics


• Confident demeanor, assertiveness, and strong negotiation skills when dealing with internal teams and external suppliers


• Ability to work in a team, commitment, and initiative


• Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP Module MM


• Very good written and spoken German and good written and spoken English
