Operations Assistant

We are looking for an Operations Assistant to support our carsharing fleet and daily operations. It’s an exciting once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to join the fast-growing mobility sector and Europe’s transportation unicorn.

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our day-to-day carsharing operations, making sure our fleet runs smoothly and our customers stay happy. You’ll balance hands-on problem solving with coordination, partner management, and continuous process improvement to keep everything moving efficiently.

• Monitor - our Carsharing fleet and ensure that all vehicles are available for customers by quickly resolving issues like flat tires or broken windows.


• Support - the relationship management of key partners like bodyshops or tire repair suppliers.


• Delegate tasks - appropriately to each of our Vehicle Specialists who are out in the field.


• Resolve - Customer Service tickets that have been escalated to the Operations Team.


• Review - customer feedback and find ideas how to increase the quality of our fleet.


• Issue - fines to customers who do not adhere to our Terms and Conditions.

• You are a collaborator with excellent negotiation and communication skills (both verbal and written) in English, a plus if you speak German.


• You are a hustler, not stopping after several obstacles a day.


• You are analytical and have a data-driven mindset with excellent Excel skills.


• You have a strong sense of ownership with a hands-on approach.


• You thrive in a fast-paced environment.


• Extra credit: Experience in sharing economy, tech business, transport industry, startup or dynamic high-growth company.
