Arbeitsbeschreibung - Operations Controller (m/f/d)

In the versatile role of Operations Controller (m/f/d), you are the main contact person for personnel controlling and operational key figures. You will be the link between the departments, always keeping an eye on the needs of the individual teams and proposing suitable solutions. In addition, you will have the opportunity to build up your personal controlling in our structure and help shape it in a dynamic tech company.

You will work closely with Finance and HR on all operational HR metrics.
You will support and develop SaaS-relevant KPIs, including calculation and validation of variable compensation.
You optimize and automate controlling as well as the creation of standard reports and ad-hoc analyses
You work in an international environment and continuously improve our internal processes.
You are a business partner for the specialist departments in all cost and performance issues.

We are looking for a Controller with strong analytical skills and experience in controlling, ideally within a SaaS environment.

Passion for working in a constantly moving and challenging environment, willingness to leave the own comfort zone and embody an entrepreneurial drive to make things happen.
A degree in economics or comparable with a focus on controlling or equivalent experience.
Initial Experience in (HR) Controlling, ideally with exposure to the SaaS B2B sector.
A team player, you quickly grasp complex contexts and have a well-structured and independent way of working with a high sense of quality.
Confidence in using IT applications (especially Excel), and initial experience with Personio, Jedox and Salesforce would be an advantage.
Fluent written and spoken German and English.
