Arbeitsbeschreibung - Operations Manager (m/f/d)

Being in charge of the perfomance of voyages in close contact with ship, agents and charterers
Create instructions for the vessels
Nominating agencys
Creating invoices for single voyages
Laytime calculation and claims handling
Optimisation of travel planning
Communication with the vessels

Shipping merchant education or another comparable qualification
First work experience desirable
Confident handling of MS Office applications, especially Excel
Very good English proficiency
Knowledge of geography and a good understanding of numbers
Reliability, flexibility, team player and own initiative

Permanent employment contract
A fixed day for home office after successful onboarding
