  • Being in charge of the perfomance of voyages in close contact with ship, agents and charterers
  • Create instructions for the vessels
  • Nominating agencys
  • Creating invoices for single voyages
  • Laytime calculation and claims handling
  • Optimisation of travel planning 
  • Communication with the vessels
  • Shipping merchant education or another comparable qualification
  • First work experience desirable
  • Confident handling of MS Office applications, especially Excel
  • Very good English proficiency
  • Knowledge of geography and a good understanding of numbers
  • Reliability, flexibility, team player and own initiative
  • Permanent employment contract
  • A fixed day for home office after successful onboarding
