Operations Manager Space (F/M/D)

In Summer 2025 Campus Founders opens its new building called GRAVITY with co-working and co-creation areas as well as a media studio, community and event spaces. 

In your role as Project Manager Operations Spaces, you are responsible for setting up, maintaining, and developing the technical infrastructure. You implement processes to improve efficiency, identify automation opportunities, and collaborate closely with program managers and the marketing team to implement account-based marketing strategies.

• You oversee the setup and maintenance of our technical infrastructure, including IT systems, software applications (e.g. HubSpot or OfficeRnD) and APIs, and continuously develop them.
• You foster and implement operational policies and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• You identify and develop process and automation potentials to increase efficiency.
• You work closely with our team and act as first level support to implement and manage technical solutions.
• You develop and maintain our data-driven systems to track and analyze user interactions and business metrics.
• You support our marketing team for the Account-based marketing, e.g. setting email campaigns or optimizing sequences.

• You have a solid professional qualification, whether in the form of completed vocational training or a successfully completed degree and ideally complement this with some initial work experience.
• You bring extensive IT skills in Hubspot, OfficeRnD, Zapier, and Make.
• You are expanding your IT knowledge with reliable knowledge in data analysis and performance metrics.
• You possess excellent problem-solving and organizational skills as well as excellent time management.
• You are fluent in English both written and spoken, can also communicate well in German and enjoy intercultural experiences.
