Zur Erweiterung unseres Operation-Teams an unserem Standort in Pohlheim (bei Gießen) möchten wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine Operatorin oder einen Operator für den Bereich Fermentation und Gefriertrocknung (m/w/d) einstellen.

Das Team, dem Sie beitreten können

An unserem Standort in Pohlheim produzieren wir Mikroorganismen für die Lebensmittel- und Tiernahrungsherstellung. Unser Operations-Team setzt sich aus mehreren Teamleitungen, verschiedenen Schichtteams, Prozessspezialisten und dem Planungsteam zusammen.

Wie würde Ihre Rolle aussehen?

• Herstellung von Mikroorganismen im technischen Maßstab (3-Schichtbetrieb)

• Bedienen der Produktionsanlagen im Bereich Fermentation (Upstream/Downstream), Gefriertrocknung und Verpackung.

• Dokumentation der Herstellungsprozesse

• Reinigen und Warten der technischen Anlagen

• Eigenverantwortliches Handeln, um die Produktion gemäß Produktionsplan und allen anderen relevanten Vorgaben erfolgreich umzusetzen.

• Mitarbeit in kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozessen

Wen suchen wir?

• Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung (Fachkraft für Lebensmitteltechnik, Molkereifacharbeiter, Milchtechnologie, Pharmakant, BTA oder ähnlich) 

• Erfahrungen im Bereich Fermentation, Gefriertrocknung, Sprühtrocknung oder Lebensmittelindustrie 

• Technisches Verständnis und Interesse an biotechnologischen Vorgängen

• Saubere, gewissenhafte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

• Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
