Jung von Matt HAVEL is looking for a Project Manager (d/f/m).
As a Project Manager (d/f/m) you have a degree in business administration, economics, communication sciences or a comparable qualification. You have already gained at least 2 years of professional experience in account or project management, ideally in an agency. You are fluent in German and have very good English Skills.

- You have basic knowledge of market research

- You have initial presentation experience
Your tasks:
- You act as an interface between the client, creation, services, other agencies and external partners
- You are responsible for the independent preparation and follow-up of meetings
- You are transparent about ongoing jobs and have an overview of all upcoming jobs
- You ensure sensible resource planning (use of juniors and interns, booking freelancers)
- You ensure proper and comprehensible documentation (server storage/archiving)
- You manage projects with customers and suppliers
- You create briefings
- You conduct briefing and coordination meetings with the creative department
- You create budget and cost calculations
- You are responsible for cost control and job controlling
- You plan and manage the projects
- You write status reports
- You write decision reports
- You prepare and follow up presentations
- You carry out market research, market observations/competitor analyses
